Kitchen paper towels are used for household cleaning and absorb moisture and grease from food. The inspection and testing of kitchen paper towels is related to our health and safety. Kitchen paper towel classification

 

Kitchen paper towels are divided into excellent products and qualified products according to product quality.

Kitchen paper towels are divided into fiber raw materials: plant fiber kitchen paper towels and other fiber kitchen paper towels.

Kitchen paper towels are divided into colors: white kitchen paper towels, natural kitchen paper towels, printed kitchen paper towels and dyed kitchen paper towels.

Kitchen paper towels are divided into rolls of kitchen paper towels, tray-type kitchen paper towels, flat-cut kitchen paper towels and removable kitchen paper towels according to the packaging form.

 

Raw material requirements for kitchen paper towels

 

Kitchen paper towels should not use any recycled paper, paper prints, paper products and other recycled fibrous substances as raw materials；

The natural pulp used in natural kitchen paper towels should meet the requirements of QB/T 5742；

The safety evaluation and management of chemicals and raw materials used in kitchen tissue base paper should comply with the relevant regulations of GB/T 36420.

 

Appearance quality inspection of kitchen paper towels

 

 

1.Kitchen paper towel size deviation inspection

 

The width deviation and pitch deviation of rolled kitchen paper towels and tray kitchen paper towels should not exceed ±5 mm; the size deviation of flat-cut kitchen paper towels and removable kitchen paper towels should not exceed ±5 mm, and the skewness should not exceed 3 mm.

 

2.Appearance quality of kitchen paper towels

 

The appearance quality is visually inspected.During the measurement, an entire roll (tray, package) of paper should be selected, and it should be completely opened for visual inspection.The paper surface of kitchen tissues should be clean, and there should be no obvious dead folds, mutilation, damage, sand, hard blocks, raw pulp and other paper diseases.

 

3.The net content (quality, length, quantity) of kitchen paper towels should meet the requirements.

 

Technical inspection requirements for kitchen paper towels

 

According to the requirements, check the quantification of kitchen paper towels, water absorption time, water absorption capacity, oil absorption capacity, transverse tensile strength, and longitudinal wet tensile strength.
