How to know where your production samples come from?

                              

 

Sample Picking is to ensure you receive actual production samples for approval. This gives you the opportunity to assess whether your quality needs are being met during production.

 

Since many manufactures have extremely skillful sample makers, it is very important to know where your “production” samples have come from. Once the product goes into the production, the product may not match the approved sample in various ways. Thus, if you rely on the factory to send you samples for approval, what you get may not reflect actual production.

 

Sample Picking guarantees that your samples are selected randomly, and that they materially represent products in production.
